Hemelion combines structured questions, deterministic computation, evidence checks, and calibrated language. It is designed to produce a testable working model—not certainty, diagnosis, or a flattering story.
The score comes before the prose
Fixed formulas convert the response set into decision, tension, consistency, risk, and behavioral-pattern signals. Generated language cannot silently change those computed results.
Every strong interpretation needs a visible reason
Reports connect conclusions to response evidence, show evidence quality, and avoid presenting an inference as an objective fact about a person.
A useful insight must be falsifiable
Clarity includes counter-evidence and a real-world decision test. MindScan includes a disconfirming question and context experiments that can weaken the proposed pattern.
Context matters more than labels
MindScan describes a reported response pattern, not a fixed identity. The same behavior may be adaptive in one setting and costly in another.

Inspect the public contract

Priority alignment, constraints, timing, regret, reversibility, agency, social pressure, avoidance, and the choice you would make today. Up to two adaptive probes investigate a detected tension rather than lengthening every scan.
MindScan measures
Twenty-eight focused signals across ten interacting response dimensions, including pressure and forced-choice items. The result maps a likely loop and its context rather than assigning a clinical diagnosis or permanent personality type.
What Hemelion does not establish

Privacy and reviewability
A scan does not require an account. Private report URLs are excluded from indexing and caching. Product analytics use a minimized event contract and reject fields such as email addresses. Purchased reports can be copied, printed, or saved so the reasoning remains reviewable after the session ends.
