1Service Description

Hemelion provides structured decision-support and self-reflection tools through two diagnostic scans:

• Clarity Scan: A decision-focused diagnostic that helps you analyze a specific decision through 9 targeted questions, producing a structured report with a clear recommendation, risk analysis, and action protocol.
• MindScan: A comprehensive psychogram of your decision-making patterns based on 30 questions, revealing your strengths, blind spots, biases, and providing a personalized development plan.

2Payment Terms

• Questions First: You complete the full question flow before any payment is required.
• One-Time Fee: Payment is a one-time fee of $9.90 per report. No subscriptions, no recurring charges, no hidden costs.
• Secure Processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your card details.
• Instant Access: Your report generates immediately upon successful payment verification.

3Refund Policy

Due to the immediate generation of personalized reports upon payment, refunds are generally not available. Each report is uniquely computed based on your specific answers and cannot be resold or reused.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your paid report, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@hemelion.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

4Report Access

• Session-Based: Your report is tied to your browser session. You can access it from the same browser where you completed the scan.
• Shareable: You can generate a shareable link to give others view-only access to your report.
• 90-Day Availability: Reports remain accessible for 90 days after generation. After this period, they are permanently deleted.

5Intellectual Property

The Hemelion name, logo, methodology, scoring algorithms, and engine architecture are proprietary. Your generated report is yours to use personally—you may save it, print it, and share it as you wish.

You may not resell reports, commercially redistribute our methodology, or create derivative products based on our diagnostic system without written permission.

6Limitation of Liability

Hemelion is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will meet your specific expectations.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on report contents. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

7Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Hemelion for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms, to automate access to our services, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

8Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Hemelion after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
