Hemelion is opening a small pilot for coaches, advisors, educators, researchers, and teams willing to test both usefulness and failure. The goal is evidence: did the participant act, did the prediction recur, and what contradicted it?
Participant-owned
The participant completes the scan and decides whether to share any report or follow-up.
Outcome-bound
The pilot records what was used, what failed, and whether the original model survived 7/14/30-day review.
No profiling
MindScan is a context-sensitive working hypothesis, never an employee score or permanent personality classification.
Human accountability
Hemelion structures reflection; the professional remains responsible for their own scope, judgment, and safeguarding.
Outside the pilot
Hiring, promotion, termination, medical or psychological diagnosis, insurance, lending, legal eligibility, covert assessment, and automated high-impact decisions are not supported.
