How do I start, and how do I stop?
Stripe collects your email and payment details at checkout; you do not need to create an account first. Your account is available when you return. Open the Stripe billing portal from your account to manage or cancel the subscription; the portal shows the effective cancellation date.
What does it cost?
$99 USD per month for an independent professional, billed monthly through Stripe. Hemelion never sees your card details. An organization pilot is a separate, manually scoped engagement starting at $2,500 USD.
Which reports does Pro include?
Pro unlocks unlimited reports for your own scans while you are signed in with an active subscription. Each report has up to 90 days of private access and 7-, 14-, and 30-day follow-up checks. Pro does not include client seats, invitations, or a shared client dashboard. A client’s separate report is not covered by your subscription.
Can I see a participant’s private report?
Only when that participant deliberately shares it with you. Hemelion does not silently expose private reports, raw answers, or behavioral reflection to a professional or organization.
Can this be used for diagnosis, screening, or employee decisions?
No. The program excludes diagnosis, treatment, hiring, ranking, promotion, termination, eligibility, insurance, lending, and other high-impact judgments about another person.
