Separate evidence from assumption
A confident sentence can still be an untested prediction.
- 01
Evidence is something observed; an assumption is what you expect that observation to mean next.
- 02
Write each reason as “I observed…” or “I predict…”. If neither fits, the reason may be borrowed pressure.
- 03
Test the assumption with the highest consequence and weakest evidence first.
Try it now
Rewrite your strongest reason as an observation and a separate prediction.
